Hierarchies become rigid, industrialisation just extracting, silos are roadblocks to creativity and innovation. We are just trying to solve complexity through the lens of one-dimensional approach.

We move from linear cause-effect to systemic interconnection. When you see how everything depends on everything else, purpose emerges. Agency returns.

Learning is not about owning more knowledge. It's about embodying more truth.
